TUALATIN RIVER PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY
Local Photographers organize to promote nature photography Jan, 2, 2013
A group of avid outdoor photographers who frequent the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge in search of opportunities to photograph wildlife have established the Tualatin River Photographic Society. Its goal is to encourage and aid the photography of nature, help members develop special skills needed to photographically capture the beauty found in nature by offering encouragement and constructive criticism, and provide educational lectures, workshops and field trips for its members. The Society meets the first Thursday of each month, 7:30 P.M., in the Riparian Room, Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge. The meetings are open to all regardless of photographic skills. Membership in Friends of Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge is encouraged but not required. Please check calendar of events for information on each meeting. For more information, contact Jeffrey Jones: 19255 SW Pacific Highway Sherwood, OR 97140 (503) 701-5876 |
