Friday August 7th Brews for Birds Volunteers Needed

It's that time again for the Friends biggest event:  Brews for the Birds.  Once again, we are at Langer's in Sherwood and looking for volunteers for August 7th and 8th. 

We have the following roles that we are looking to fill:

Welcome Table
Greet people as they arrive at the event (and make sure no beer leaves the property)

Friendly's
Walk around the event, speak with guests about the Friends and the Refuges, conduct a survey on your own cell phone, ensure everyone is having a good time, and carry donation buckets/sell raffle tickets.

Friends Store
Staff the store with me, selling raffle tickets, store items, and bottled water.

Friends Membership
Promote Friends/Refuge/Volunteer opportunities; collect donations.  Help sell raffle tickets at the neighboring Friends store table.

For all roles, we have the following time slots:
Friday, August 7, 3:30 - 7:30
Friday August 7, 7:30 - 9:30
Saturday, August 8, 11:30 - 4:30
Saturday, August 8, 4:15 - 9:30

We are also looking for help with setting up the event, both on Thursday and Friday from 1:30 - 3:30 as well as cleaning up on Saturday from 8:30 PM - 11.
